CUSTOM BIOPLASTICS COMPOUNDING SPECIALISTS
We develop microplastic-free bioplastics.
At Benviro, we offer a tangible and reliable alternative: beo, a microplastic-free bioplastic formulated for different biodegradation environments, depending on the application.
Grade for rigid applications
Rigid grade
Rigid is our grade for parts that require high precision and high-quality finishes.
It is compatible with injection molding, profile extrusion and blow molding, and can be processed using existing molds and equipment, making the transition from conventional plastics easier without the need to modify production processes.
Active formulations:
- beo lux: High density and a premium feel
- beo design: Demanding aesthetic finishes (gloss, polished,
- beo flex: Impact resistance and structural elasticity
- beo circular: Integration of customer waste into the formulation
- beo crystal: Transparent and easily colorable variant

Technical precision, refined aesthetics, and sustainability all in one piece.
Grade for flexible applications
Film grade
Our Film grade is designed for flexible applications that require lightness, heat sealability and biodegradability.
It is compatible with blown extrusion and sheet extrusion, and is ideal for food packaging, flexible wrapping and agricultural mulch films, offering high technical performance with reduced environmental impact.
Active formulations:
- beo soft film: Opaque white, soft to the touch, ideal for bags and mulch films
- beo flex film:: Transparent, glossy and heat-sealable

bioplastics FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
We answer your questions
If you are still unsure whether your product can be made using our material, we can help clarify it.
How do I know which bioplastic grade is right for my product?
The choice of grade depends on the type of product, the processing method and the intended end use. At Benviro, we assess whether your application is rigid, flexible or textile, as well as its technical, aesthetic and durability requirements, and guide you towards the most suitable grade and formulation.
Can I customise a formulation within a grade?
Yes. Within each grade, we adapt formulations to the specific properties required for each application, such as rigidity, elasticity, transparency, aesthetic finish or mechanical performance.
We can also tailor the formulation to specific customer requirements, such as a premium aesthetic, impact resistance or the integration of the customer’s own material
Are all grades biodegradable?
Yes, but biodegradation is designed according to the application.
For example, a flexible film may be formulated to biodegrade after a short period of use, while a rigid part may require greater stability throughout its service life. In all cases, the material is designed not to generate microplastics and to have an end of life consistent with its application.
What is the difference between the Rigid, Film and Fabric grades?
Each grade is designed for a specific type of application and industrial process:
Rigid grade: rigid parts, packaging, caps and technical components. Film grade: flexible films, wrapping and agricultural mulch films.
Fabric grade: yarns, fabrics and textile components.
Although all of them combine biodegradability with technical performance, each grade is developed to meet very different requirements.
Are the different grades compatible with standard industrial processes?
Yes. All our grades are designed to be compatible with standard industrial processes:
Injection molding, extrusion and blow molding for the Rigid grade.
Blown extrusion and sheet extrusion for the Film grade.
Monofilament and multifilament extrusion for the Fabric grade.
This makes it possible to integrate beo into existing production lines with minimal modifications.
Can I test a grade before making a decision?
Yes. We work with material trials and industrial validation before moving to full-scale production. This makes it possible to assess processability, technical performance and aesthetics, and to refine the formulation if needed before making a final decision.
