At Benviro, we do not sell a standard bioplastic. We design and formulate tailor-made  bioplastics adapted to each application, its use environment and its end of life. Our  approach combines technical performance, genuine sustainability and expert support.

No. Our materials are designed to be microplastic-free, which means they do not break  down into persistent plastic particles as they degrade.

We begin by understanding your project and its technical, aesthetic and functional  requirements. From there, we design tailor-made formulations and carry out industrial  trials to validate the material.

 

We work with your usual converters or help you identify new partners where needed.  We support you throughout the entire process, through to production and supply of the  validated material.

Our materials can be biodegradable or compostable depending on the application, the  environment and the required period of use. We assess each case individually to define  how the material should perform both during use and once it is no longer needed.

Yes. Our bioplastics are formulated to be compatible with existing industrial processes  such as injection molding, extrusion, blow molding and thermoforming, without  requiring changes to machinery or processes.

Timelines depend on the application and the level of development required, but the  process is usually agile. From project definition to material validation, the work is  typically completed within approximately 2 to 3 months, including one or two rounds of  industrial trials. Once the formulation has been validated, we begin production and  supply according to the agreed volumes and timelines.
